Klaus Reisinger is a passionate climate protector, which is why he also studied technical chemistry / process engineering and already devoted his dissertation to renewable energies. He founded ClimatePartner Austria in 2007 and since then he supported the company as a managing partner. Moreover, Klaus Reisinger is an active Scientist4Future and a visiting professor at Burgenland University since 2008 and teaches the topic "climate protection". In 2018 he was appointed to the board of IG Lebenszyklus Bau, where he is responsible for climate neutral real estate buildings. In 2026 he was asked to join the board of UN Global Compact in Austria as a Board Member.
